Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms govern the property listing and advertising service provided by Madina Trading Limited, Company No. 04360706 (“we”, “us”).
1. What we provide
We review, organise and publish residential property listings that you submit, for the listing period and exposure level you select (Standard, Featured or Premium). We are a listing and advertising service only: we are not estate agents, we do not conduct viewings, we do not negotiate or conclude sales, and we do not provide regulated financial or investment advice.
2. Fees
Fees are one-off charges per listing (€59 Standard / €115 Featured / €229 Premium), confirmed with you before publication. Fees are non-refundable once your listing is published, except where we are unable to publish at all. Renewals and upgrades are quoted before they take effect.
3. What you promise
- You own the property or are authorised to advertise it.
- The information, photographs and asking price you submit are accurate and lawful.
- Photographs are yours or used with permission, and do not infringe anyone’s rights.
4. Our right to review content
We review every submission. We may decline to publish, or ask you to correct, any content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or unsuitable — with a full refund if we decline to publish a paid listing.
5. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but “as is”. We are not party to any sale you agree with a buyer and accept no liability for the outcome of negotiations, viewings or transactions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability for any claim connected with a listing is limited to the fee you paid for that listing.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
