• Listing submissions: the details you send through our forms — your name, contact details, property information, photographs and asking price — so we can review, organise and publish your listing.
• Enquiries: messages you send us by email or phone.
• Consent choice: your cookie preference stored locally on your device.

Why we can use it

• Performing our listing service at your request (contract).
• Our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
• Your consent, where we ask for it (e.g. non-essential cookies — currently none are used).

How long we keep it

Listing submissions are kept for the life of your listing plus 12 months, so we can handle renewals and queries. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Who we share it with

Nobody sells your data — ever. We share only with service providers who operate this website on our behalf (hosting and email delivery), under contract, and only as needed to run the service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any right, email support@madinatrading.org. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your data protection authority — for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk).
